Meet Jessica Lumpkin

Jessica Lumpkin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through her private practice, Imperfectly Perfect Counseling Services. She utilizes evidence-based, client-centered approaches including CBT and creativity-based tools to help individuals build confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience while navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions.

She is the founder of a nonprofit, Bloom Imperfectly, a prevention-focused mental health organization that expands access to emotional wellness through creativity and community. Bloom Imperfectly creates intentional spaces where healing is both personal and shared, inviting individuals, especially creatives, to embrace imperfection as a powerful part of growth.

Through immersive experiences and evidence-based programming, Bloom Imperfectly sparks self-awareness, encourages authentic expression, and supports mental wellness in ways that feel accessible, relatable, and real.

Because healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about becoming.

At the heart of Jessica’s work is a simple belief: growth doesn’t require perfection, only the right support and space to flourish.

Bloom. Shine. Grow. We are all imperfectly perfect.
